6. Bad quality shampoo
Shampoos are basically made to make your hair look good. But when the quality isn’t good or the content of the shampoo is not suitable, things go south. Hairfall, gray hair and even headache at times are the outcomes.
People who smoke are always prone to tonnes of diseases. Lung damage, infertility and what not have one common reason and that being smoking. The carcinogens present in cigarettes or cigars or anything as such also damage the hair follicles and reduces the melanin quantity.
8. Pollution and dust
This one does not even need an explanation. If you live in an area where the air quality is bad, make sure you keep your hair covered before stepping out of the house.

Everything depends on the type of water you use or get. If it’s polluted or has some unwanted and unhealthy substance then it might lead to gray hair.
10. Not using shampoo or hair conditioner at regular intervals
Though it’s not good to use hair products on daily basis, it indeed is necessary to use them at intervals. They keep the hair healthy.
